What I Lead
- Designed and set up a basic recycling plant for shrink film and PET
- Built a sourcing network of waste collectors
- Designed and Installed Sorting, cleaning, crushing, and palletising systems.
- Integrated recycled materials directly into our Product package production line.
- Created a pricing model to supply PET flakes to other packaging businesses and Industries
- Supervised workers on safe handling, sorting, and operation routines
