A semi-automated functional bottled water processing facility with end-to-end systems for bottled water (50cl & 75cl)and 19-litre dispenser jars. The goal was to create a reliable, high-quality water product that communities could trust, not just for its taste, but also for its safety and consistency.
- Installation of the Ozone and Reverse Osmosis
- Designed the Bottling plant layout,
- PET Production
- Managed government and regulatory compliance from start to approval -Trained and supervised production and quality control teams
- Built and managed retail and institutional distribution (schools, clinics, offices)
- Implemented a feedback loop for customer satisfaction and brand trust
- Handled bulk orders, promotional campaigns, and B2B onboarding
