Semi-Auto Single Line Bottled Water Production
A semi-automated functional bottled water processing facility with end-to-end systems for bottled water (50cl & 75cl)and 19-litre dispenser jars. The goal was to create a reliable, high-quality water product that communities could trust, not just for its taste, but also for its safety and consistency.

Semi-Auto Recycling Plant Model
Trashtocash; I developed a recycling system to support the operations of my ventures, as well as to serve other local manufacturers seeking cost-effective raw materials. This facility collects, sorts, and processes used PET bottles and shrink wrap, transforming them into reusable materials for the needs of others. We call it ” Trashtocash”

Three-Line Bottled Water Production Facility
In 2021, I oversaw the expansion of the bottled water facility to include three dedicated lines. The aim was straightforward yet ambitious: to increase capacity and meet growing demand without sacrificing quality or compliance. I upgraded from semi-automated to fully automated processing systems, ensuring consistency in taste, hygiene, and output.
